A second ambulance for night rescues

The story
One ambulance cannot reach every call. A second vehicle with a hydraulic lift would cut our response time on the highway in half.
The problem
On busy nights we receive three or four calls at once. While our only ambulance is on one rescue, an injured cow elsewhere waits on the road.
The plan
A second ambulance fitted with a hydraulic lift, stretcher and first-aid kit, stationed on the highway side of town.
Where the money goes
