They are healing on a bare floor. Help us build them a ward.
Our treatment shed was built for 20 cows but now holds many more. Help us build a covered treatment ward with soft flooring, fans and support slings for 100 injured cows at once.
Why we need a new ward
Our treatment shed was built for 20 cows. Today, more than 60 recovering cows share it. Some lie on hard floors with fractures. In the monsoon, water seeps in. They deserve better while they heal.
With your help we will build a covered treatment ward with soft flooring, fans, slings for cows who cannot stand, and space for 100 patients at once.
"Every cow who heals here will remember a dry, safe bed. You gave it to her."
What your gift builds
- ₹1,100 — Soft rubber flooring for one bed
- ₹5,100 — A support sling for a cow who cannot stand
- ₹21,000 — Name a ward bed in honour of your family
How the funds will be used
- Raised, waterproof floor and drainage so no cow lies in water during the monsoon
- Rubber mats and bedding to prevent pressure sores in cows with fractures
- Ceiling fans, lighting and a covered roof for summer and winter
- Support slings and a small surgery bay for our vets
Every donation to this campaign is used only for the ward. If it is over-funded, the extra goes to our general rescue fund.

Updates
Foundation work for the new ward has begun. Thank you to our first 500 donors — the ground is being levelled and the drainage laid so no cow lies in water this monsoon.
Today we launched our campaign to build a treatment ward for 100 injured cows. Thank you for standing with them from day one.
